Terrimoine (terrimoine.com and the associated app) is an independent publication on the Malian real estate market. This page explains simply what we do, and do not do, with your data.
What we do not collect by default
The app and the site require no account creation, no password, and collect no personal data in order to work. The property loan calculator performs all its calculations directly on your phone — no figure you enter there is sent or stored elsewhere.
Your tools and wealth tracking
Wealth tracking and the simulators save your entries only on your device, in your browser. They are not sent to Terrimoine.
Introduction requests and free guides
If you fill in a service request or free guide form, we collect the information you enter: name, WhatsApp phone number, location, description of your need, indicative budget. We do so only if you tick the consent box provided in the form.
This information is used to contact you again, to send you the guide requested and, depending on your request, to put you in touch with one or more partner professionals (surveyor, notary, lawyer, architect, contractor, agency, bank, insurer). They receive your request in order to contact you. Some partners may pay Terrimoine for these introductions. We do not pass on your request for any other purpose.
You can request access to your information, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to us on WhatsApp at the number below.
If you contact us
If you write to us via WhatsApp or through a Terrimoine questionnaire, the information you share (for example your answers to a property price survey) is used only to produce our quarterly reports, always in aggregated form — never publicly linked to your name.
Audience measurement
We may use an audience measurement tool (such as Google Analytics) to understand, globally and anonymously, which pages are viewed. This tool does not allow us to identify you personally.
No targeted advertising
We do not sell your data to ad networks and do not use it for ad targeting. The only sharing planned is passing your request to partner professionals, with your consent, as described above.
