We prefer to say what our figures are worth and what they are not worth.

Prices and rents by neighbourhood

Prices per m² and rents come from field records and listings collected by Terrimoine from professionals. We publish the median, which is less sensitive to extreme values than the average.

Limit: the Q3 2026 edition is a pilot edition. Rents rest on about three listings per property type and neighbourhood. These are orders of magnitude, not guaranteed prices.

Material prices

Cement, reinforcing steel, sand and gravel follow INSTAT (June 2026). Other prices in the materials quote are assumptions, editable in the tool. Target accuracy: about ±20%.

Tax and fee rates

The rates shown in our simulators are editable example values. Confirm them with the DGI (tax office), a notary or the competent offices.
