Verified property listings
Many listings in Mali are hard to check. At Terrimoine, a listing carries the “Verified” badge only if the team has checked the property and the seller.
What we check
- The owner or his agent: identity and link with the property.
- The property's documents: we ask to see them and state what we found.
- The property itself: a visit or proof of a recent visit.
- The listing's information: area, neighbourhood, price and photos match the property.
What the badge does not guarantee
The “Verified” badge is not a legal guarantee. Before any purchase, have the title checked by a notary.
Publish your listing
Owners, agencies and agents can submit a property: the team replies after checking and tells you the publication terms.
